About This CEU
Generationally Comfy Supervision explores how generational experiences and workplace expectations can influence communication, feedback, and supervisory relationships in ABA. Rather than relying on generational stereotypes, this CEU focuses on recognizing individual differences and adapting supervision in ways that support effective, collaborative relationships.
Through practical examples and behavior-analytic applications, participants will explore strategies for providing meaningful feedback, strengthening communication, and creating supervision experiences that support both professional development and high-quality clinical practice.
